After over 25 years in the health and wellness industry, spanning roles as a gym owner, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor, I realized that physical fitness alone wasn’t the full answer.

Many women I worked with looked strong on the outside, but behind the scenes they were silently struggling with fatigue, brain fog, bloating, hormone chaos, and burnout.

And truthfully, I was one of them.

Like so many women, I spent years pouring into everyone else while ignoring my own body’s cries for help. The stress, the constant pushing, the disrupted sleep, the gut issues—I thought it was just “part of life.” But when conventional solutions only scratched the surface, I knew I had to go deeper.

That’s when I discovered functional medicine.

Today, as a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner and Functional Nutrition Coach, I help women uncover the root causes of what’s keeping them stuck, whether it’s sluggish digestion, hormone imbalances, nervous system dysregulation, or hidden inflammation. My approach is holistic, heart-led, and rooted in both clinical science and faith.
